Ingredients

  1. 1 lbpeeled crawfish tails
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 cupchopped celery
  5. 1 cupchopped green pepper
  6. 2 tspminced garlic
  7. chopped parsley
  8. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  9. 1 cancream of celery soup
  10. 1/2 tspliquid crab boil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter and saute onions, celery, green pepper and garlic until tender.

  2. 2

    Add cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup. Add crawfish tails. Stirring occasionally. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Add liquid crab boil and parsley. Serve over rice.
