In a 3 quart pot, heat your oil over medium high heat

Add your onions and pasta and cook until onions are translucent and pasta are golden. About 3 minutes.

Sprinkle bullion over onions and pasta and stir.

Immeadiately pour in tomato sauce and stir.
- 5
Add water and bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.

Reduce to a simmer until pasta are cooked.
- 7
Serve with quesadillas or warm tortillas.
