Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh blueblerries
  2. 1/2 cupsliced english cucumber
  3. 1/2 cupsliced red onions
  4. 1 1/2 cupfresh arugula
  5. 2 tbspRed Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    1. Slice red onion into thin strips, then set aside.

  2. 2

    Slice english cucumber into thin strips, then set aside.

  3. 3

    Seperate the arugula on two plates. Then put 1/2 cup of each veggie on each top. Then put a tablespoon of dressing on each plate.
