Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsspinach
  2. 1/2 cuptomato
  3. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cupoats
  5. 1 tspoil
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/4 tspblackpapper
  8. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  9. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast oats for a minute keep aside

  2. 2

    Wash spinach cut tomatoes in small pieces

  3. 3

    Add some water to spinach tomato mixture boil it for 3-4minutes

  4. 4

    Let it cool down

  5. 5

    Remove exess water from it keep this water aside for leter use

  6. 6

    Make a fine paste of spinach tomato mixture

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste init saute

  8. 8

    Add spinach paste to it saute for a minute

  9. 9

    Add roasted oats to it and spinach water to it and cook

  10. 10

    Add lemon juice to it serve hot

  11. 11

    Add salt and black papper

  12. 12

    As oats get cooked properly turn off gas
