Ingredients

  • 1Khakra or Papad
  • 1onion Chopped
  • 1tomato
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 2 tbspCheese
  • Sev for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take onion, tomato,chilli, chat masala, red chilli powder, salt and vinegar and let it soak for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now take this mixture in strainer and let all moisture get strained.

  3. 3

    Now place khakra in serving plate and add pickled onion mixture on it.

  4. 4

    Grate cheese on top and in microwave just heat it for 10 seconds.
