Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesFlaky Crescent Rolls
  2. 1 tspOlive Oil
  3. 1 cupOnion
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 3/4 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  6. 1 cupPlum Tomatoes, diced
  7. 1/4 cupFresh Basil
  8. 1 cupEvaporated Skim Milk
  9. 1 1/2 tspCornstarch
  10. 1/4 tspFreshly Ground Pepper
  11. 2Eggs
  12. 1Egg White

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9-inch pie dish

  2. 2

    Unroll crescent rolls into a pie pan, tear off the extra.

  3. 3

    In a medium skillet spray with nonstick spray. Add oil, onions and garlic. Sautee for about 8 minutes. Spread on top of crescent rolls top with a layer of cheese

  4. 4

    Arrange tomato slices and basil as the next layer.

  5. 5

    In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients in electric mixer and blend until smooth. Pour over tomatoes.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
