  • 1 1/4 cuplentils
  • 1/3 cupsplit peas
  • 1/2 cupBrown rice
  • 1 envelopeonion soup mix
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  • 1/4 cuplow sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cupchipped onion, dried
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 candiced tomatoes, zesty flavor

    Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover with water.

    Stir.

    Set on high and cook for six hours.

    Stir occasionally, once every two hours.
