Firstly deep fry the gond till puff out nicely and keep aside.

Now same pan put whole ghee and add wheat flour and besan and roast it on sim flame till come out nice roasted aroma and change the flour colour

Add magaj and kaju roast with flour some more time now switch off the flame

Now crush the fried gond and mix in roasted flour

Now when flour is 80-90% cool down add elaichi powder and sugar powder and bind the pinnies

Garnish with kaju badaam and pista slice serve it
