Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchsukuma
  2. 2 bunchesSpinach
  3. 1onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Cooking oil
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables thoroughly then cut it into small long sizes.

  2. 2

    Put cooking oil in a pan add chopped onions let it cook till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add diced tomatoes and let it cook for 3 minutes till it creates paste.

  4. 4

    Put cut vegetables in the sufuria and stir continuously at intervals of 3 minutes for 6 minutes.(This is the secret to Sweet vegetables)

  5. 5

    Serve while hot with ugali.
