  • 2 packetbold pasta
  • 1 cupgroundnut oil
  • 1 Table spoonsalt
  • 1 Table spooncurry, dried rosemary/ thyme, chicken seasoning
  • 1 Table spoondark soy sauce
  • 2 packeteither flat maggi chicken or knorr aka chicken stock
  • 3bell pepper
  • 5 stalkscarrot
  • 1 cuprunner peas
  • 2 cupsfresh tomato and pepper grind smoothly and dry
  • 2big bulb of onion
