Palak,bathua,sarson achhe se saf kar cooker me dale usme ginger,1/2tsp salt,hari mirch dal ke bina pani ke 7 se8 seeti lgaye..

Mixer me dalke 1 paste banayein..

Pan me 4 tbsp oil ya butter garamkr methi dal kar heeng, garlic,onion,sukhi lal mirch dal kar pink hone tak pakaye..

Ab haldi dale aur tomato garamkr dalke saute karein..

Ab palak sarson paste dalke saute karein taste ke according salt dal kar 2 min ke liye dhank kar pakaye...
