Tak a large mixing bowl, add besan and all ingredients, mix with the help of whisk to from a smooth batter.

Now rest batter for 15 minutes that besan absorbs and turn light.

Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, spread the batter in circles motion and apply 1/2 tsp oil and cook both sides till golden and crisp.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
