Gnocchi with Homemade Tomato Sauce

Chop the garlic

In pan add olive oil and add the garlic

Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes

Add the tomato pelatti and start stiring the mixture.

After a while add the juice sauce from the tomato can

Cook for 5 to 10 minutes

Add the choped basil and parsley

Add pinch of black pepper

Keep stiring for 5 minutes

While the sauce is cooking add a water in a separate pan and add salt

When tge water starts to boil add the gnocchi

Cook for 5 minutes

Rinse the gnocchi and put in a serving dish

Add the sauce and the grated parmesan
