Grill chicken in your choice of seasoning, let cool and cut into bite size pieces.

In a large soup pot saute the onion, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper and oregano until onions are tender.

Once onions are tender add the chicken broth, green chili, beans and grilled chicken.

Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for about an hour.

I like to garnish with chopped cilantro, pepper jack cheese and sour cream.
