  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 3 eachScallions
  • 1 tspDry mustard
  • 1/2 eachAnaheim pepper
  • 1/4 cupSherry
  • 1/4 cupWorcestershire
  • 1 tbspGround pepper
  • 1 cupKetchup
  • 1 cupBeef stock with bay leaves and thyme-bay leaves removed after 5 min cooking
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 lbFlank steak - sliced against the grain, very thin
  • Canola oil

  1. 1

    Put all 10 ingredients together in a food processor. Buz until all smooth. Put in a pot and cook down for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    In a pan with canola oil, wait until smoking hot, add thinly slice steak and cook, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add sauce to steak as preferred to toasted hoagies with arugula
