I put this recipe up for people really trying to slim down but want to enjoy their food.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk
until evenly mixed. Then combine sugars and butter in a separate bowl and
mix until everything is evenly blended. - 3
Then slowly mix in vanilla and egg
whites, flour mixture and chips (in that order).
Spoon dough by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with
cooking spray. - 4
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pans for 2
minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks before serving & Enjoy.
