Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 1 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspvanilla sugar
  • 3/4 cupoil
  • 1/3 cuporange juice
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 2 1/4 cupflour
  • 3apples, diced
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs and add sugar and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Add oil, orange juice, baking powder, and flour.

  4. 4

    Dice apples and mix with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, and mix it into the batter by hand.

  5. 5

    Bake in a greased 9" x 13" pan for 50-55 minutes.
