1 lbhamburger
1egg
1 tbspworcestershire sauce
1/2 largeonion, chopped fine
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 cupbread crumbs or cracker your choice
2packages of brown gravy mix.
1water according to directions
1 tbspolive oil

Mix all together. Except gravy mix and water.

Make hamburger patties

Brown hamburgers in small amount of olive oil.

Mix gravy mix and water add to fry pan and simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
