    Chop the liver into pieces

    A picture of step 1 of Fried Liver.

    Finely chop the onions and coriander.

  3. 3

    Fry the onion in the cooking oil. Add in the liver and stir

  4. 4

    Add in the salt and coriander and stir. Cook till ready.

  5. 5

    Serve
