Left Over Noodles

Do you have some left over noodles?
Well here is a little something I put together, my wife loved it so much, I'm going to make it again, with "new noodles" instead of left over.
Since asparagus is on sale right now, seems like good timing.

For some heat, if you desire, crushed red pepper flakes works very nicely during the "adding the cheese" step.

Leftover Vegetable Soup Leftover Vegetable Soup
There's no set amount of what you can add. I made this out of leftover vegetables I had in the fridge. You can use any variation of left over bits and pieces you want including left over meat. I didn't measure anything but I'll make an estimate here. Rae -

Leftover Baked Spaghetti Leftover Baked Spaghetti
Got home late due to traffic issues. Have left over spaghetti (a lot) from last night. What can I do other than microwave it, or fry it with some Vindaloo paste (my normal go to).So I tried this. It turned out really nice, I would like to add some heat before assembly, but the wife nixed that 😉. A little more cheese might have been better also. But that is a personal preference. The wife liked it this way. Fo Fa -

Left-Over Vegetables Bread Left-Over Vegetables Bread
When cooking for our family, sometimes I have vegetables left over, and the last thing I have to see is them getting old and icky after too much time in the fridge. When food goes in the trash in our home, I see money going into the trash, and my frugal heart skips a beat.sometimes just reheating the veggies on their own leaves them less appealing, but I won’t let that hold me back. By finding creative ways to use leftover vegetables,I can reduce food waste, make the most of our grocery budget, and enjoy healthy foods while I’m at it.You can use this ideal to make your everyday meal useful.Take Love from Bangladesh.💛 Bengali Spice 💚 -

Cold Ramen Noodles Cold Ramen Noodles
My friend taught me how to make these cold ramen noodles!I've adapted it a bit by adding ginger. This is our one and only recipe for cold ramen noodles, even after two decades.I usually stock up on store-bought fresh ramen noodles and freeze them to use for later. You can simply use your favorite mentsuyu sauce. Our dipping sauce is served hot to accompany the cold noodles. It's also good to serve the noodles as-is without the sesame seeds and nori. For 2 servings. Recipe by Toukoromoshi cookpad.japan -
