Being a guy rarely do we visit the kitchen. I got an urge to cook matumbo went to cookpad and found a recipe i liked and tried it out.

Wet-fried matumbo with rice and cabbages

Being a guy rarely do we visit the kitchen. I got an urge to cook matumbo went to cookpad and found a recipe i liked and tried it out.

Ingredients

  1. 200 gmatumbo
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. salt taste
  4. 3 cupswater
  5. 2 tbspcooking oil
  6. handfulchopped French beans
  7. 1carrot
  8. 2tomatoes
  9. 1onion
  10. handfulchopped cabbages

Cooking Instructions

    Add two cups of water into a sufuria and boil. Add in salt and a teaspoon of cooking oil. Clean the rice and add it in the boiling water. Cover and cook.

    Cut the matumbo into pieces and boil in a separate sufuria in one cup of water.

    Boil the french beans. Add it in the boiling rice and stir.

    Chop the onions and tomatoes and set aside. Add in cooking oil into a sufuria and fry till golden brown.

    Add in the matumbo and stir. Add the tomatoes and stir again and cover. Add in the salt.cover and allow to cook.

    Fry the cabbages in a teaspoon of cooking oil and grated carrots and stir

  7. 7

    Serve hot with rice and the matumbo fried cabbages.
