Minced meat
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonblueband
1jug water
3 pcstomatoes
2onions
Frying oil
Mixture of kales and cabbage

Boil spangetti
2

Add a pinch of salt
3

Add blueband after boiling take off the fire
4

Fry onions
5

Add tomatoes then the minced meat cook for 15-20 minutes
6

Fry the mixture of kales and cabbage for 5 minutes

Then serve the spangetti, minced meat and the vegetables
