Ingredients

  • 1 packetspangetti
  • Minced meat
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonblueband
  • 1jug water
  • 3 pcstomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Frying oil
  • Mixture of kales and cabbage

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil spangetti

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Add blueband after boiling take off the fire

  4. 4

    Fry onions

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes then the minced meat cook for 15-20 minutes

  6. 6

    Fry the mixture of kales and cabbage for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Then serve the spangetti, minced meat and the vegetables
