Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 5 pieceshalf ripe plantain
  2. 2big black smoked fish dry
  3. 5red fresh tomatoes
  4. 4yellow pepper
  5. 1big purple onions
  6. Cray fish small quantity
  7. 1Seasoning
  8. to tasteSea salt
  9. 2 bunchesfresh vegetables
  10. Groundnut oil not much

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the back of plantain and cut as in the pic above

  2. 2

    Put some little water and add salt put on heat and cook until soft remove from heat and drain out the remaining water out

  3. 3

    Wash the vegetables and shred set aside

  4. 4

    Dice the pepper,onion and tomatoes

  5. 5

    Blend the crayfish

  6. 6

    Wash the dry fish and remove the bones

  7. 7

    Put a clean pot on heat and pull the oil and bleach a little

  8. 8

    Put the onions,pepper and tomatoes until a little dry

  9. 9

    Add the fish and crayfish

  10. 10

    Add seasoning and salt

  11. 11

    Add the vegetables last and stir them together

  12. 12

    Serve it with the plantain and is ready to eat
