In a plate, kneed chhena and corn flour with the help of fingers

Mash well until it looks like cream about 10 min.

Make sugar syrup with 200 gm sugar.

MAke small flat bolls of chhena and pour one by one in boiling syrup.

It should be continuous boiling around 15 minutes with lid.

On the other hand, milk syrup should also be prepared.

Take 1 le milk and boil on high flame about 15 minutes.

Add sugar, dry fruits,Elaichi powder.

When this thicken milk and chhena balls both turn cool.mix them.

Decorate with dry fruits, chill in refrigerator.
