When trying to lose weight it can be hectic looking for a supper to fully satisfy you.
Steps

Heat half the oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till golden brown. Toss in the kales and fry till ready.

Boil the chicken with some salt.When ready,drain stock.

Mix all the spices with stock.In a different pan fry the onions in hot oil till ready.

Add the tomato,simmer.When ready add the stock.Stir and boil till thickened.

Add the chicken and cover to boil.Remove from heat and serve.
