Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 300 gramskales
  2. 2large onion Chopped
  3. 6 tbcooking oil
  4. 3large pieces of chicken
  5. 200 mlwater
  6. 1ts salt
  7. 1/2ts turmeric powder
  8. 1large tomato cubed
  9. 1ts royco powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat half the oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till golden brown. Toss in the kales and fry till ready.

  2. 2

    Boil the chicken with some salt.When ready,drain stock.

  3. 3

    Mix all the spices with stock.In a different pan fry the onions in hot oil till ready.

  4. 4

    Add the tomato,simmer.When ready add the stock.Stir and boil till thickened.

  5. 5

    Add the chicken and cover to boil.Remove from heat and serve.
