Pahle rice ko boil Kar lege. Kadai me oil lege ab Mungflidana aur kaju ko fry karke nikal lege.

Ak kadai me oil dalege fir rai curry leaves, chana dal, urad dal ko thoda bhunege fir onion ko Bhi bhun lege thoda haldi add karege.

Ab boiled rice ko Bhi add karke mix Kar lege ache se.
