Ingredients

  • 10-12 pcs Promfret
  • 5-6Bedgi mirchi
  • 5-6Kashmiri mirchi
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsprice
  • as neededRava and rice atta
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Apply turmeric powder and little lemon juice to pieces and leave for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Wash and clean with water after 5 mins.

  3. 3

    In a bowl take lukewarm water and add coriander seeds and half tsp rice and both mirchi. Keep for 10 mins. Then grind to smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Apply the paste with little salt and lemon juice to clean Promfret pcs and coat well

  5. 5

    Now transfer this coated pcs in rava and rice atta mixture coat well

  6. 6

    In a pan add oil on medium flame shallow fry the Promfret pcs. Make it crispy

  7. 7

    Serve with Promfret curry and rice
