Ingredients

  • Part of fried tilapia fish
  • slicesKale, chopped to small thin
  • 1green pepper
  • 4tomatoes, 1 for kales and 3 for stew
  • 2onions
  • Ugali flour for Ugali
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Chop the green pepper, onions and tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the onions then add green pepper and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add little water then salt. Cover to simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Onion to the cooking oil in a different cooking pot then cook till golden brown.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes then wait to soften.

  6. 6

    Add the kales then salt and cover to steam for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Prepare Ugali using Ugali flour.

  8. 8

    Serve the warm fried fish with the soup made and Ugali and kales.
