Cinnamon chapati

I attended a babies party with my friends and family and after serving all the nice food when eating, I got to the chapati and I couldn't guess which spice was used. It was so nice! So i went to the kitchen and talked to the hired Chef. At first she was reluctant to share her recipe but my friend joined her in cooking and she felt at ease to share her cooking secret. Three days later when I went back home it was the first recipe I tried. It turned out to be so good. Mr family and friends were happy with the food. I hope you will have an interesting journey of your own while cooking this recipe. Enjoy!

  7. 7

When done use your rolling pin to spread the round balls into round chapati dough. Before using the rolling pin always add more flour on the base to avoid the dough sticking on the table.

  8. 8

Preheat your pan then cook the chapati without oil first. Make sure to turn the chapati round like a DJ to cook evenly.

  9. 9

Then recook all with Cooking oil on both sides. Turning like a DJ when applying a table spoon of oil each side. This helps spread the oil evenly hence chapati cooks better.

Keep in a nice hot pot to keep it hot and soft.
