Steps

In a pan add olive oil saute chopped garlic and onion

Stirr continuesly when onion gets translucent add green chilli sauce and barbeque sauce 1 tsp each and stirr continuesly

Add sliced mushrooms and salt stirr well. Add crushed pepper.

When done add coriander and remove from flame.

On a dosa pan spread dosa batter and fry from both sides. Remove in a plate spread mushroom masala and roll.

Serve hot
