Ingredients

30 mins
8 servings
  • 3 lbpotatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 1/2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 3/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 2 tbspsriracha chili sauce
  • 1 eachonion, small and chopped
  • 6 eachbacon slices fried crisp
  • 1/4 cupchives, chopped
  • paprika

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Bring a stock pot of water to a boil and cook your potatoes to fork tender.

  2. 2

    Drain the potatoes well and cool a bit

  3. 3

    Add the next 6 ingredients to potatoes and mix well.

  4. 4

    Top with crumbled bacon, chives and paprika

  5. 5

    Refrigerate until serving
