Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 largeBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 tbspPatak's Hot Mango Chutney
  • 1 1/2 tbspSoy Sauce
  • 1/4 tspFresh Ginger (finely minced or zested)
  • 1 tspCanola Oil
  • 2Flour Tortillas
  • 1Avocado (sliced)
  • Iceberg Lettuce (chopped or shredded)
  • Matchstick Carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, combine chicken, chutney, soy sauce, and ginger. Let marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

  2. 2

    In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. When heated, add chicken mixture and stir fry for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. 3

    When chicken is cooked, assemble tacos with chicken on the bottom, followed by lettuce, carrots, and avocado.
