Steps

First wash the kales and spinach then cut them into mouth size pieces

Place them into a sufuria and steam them for 10-15 minutes

In a different sufuria

Dice the onions and place it on heat then add some oil and cook the onions till golden brown

Chop or grate or blend the tomatoes then add them to the sufuria with the golden brown onions

Mix well to make a sauce then add the mince meat

Add some salt and some spices of your choice then adda little water to make sure the mince meat doesn't burn cook for 10 minutes

When it's ready add the already steamed "mboga" then mix well then cook for 5-10 minutes

Serve with a meal of your choice
