3 serves
  • 5medium size potatoes
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the potatoes and wash very well removing all dirt.

  2. 2

    Take a knife and cut shallow slices on top.

  3. 3

    Spread 1tsp of oil on each of the potatoes ensuring every part has oil.

  4. 4

    Put in a microwave for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve.... I love.
