Ingredients

  • 3 Tolive oil
  • 1 1/2 cupuncooked long grain rice
  • 1 1/2 tgarlic salt
  • 3/4 tground cumin
  • 1/3+ cup chopped onions
  • 3/4 cuptomato sauce
  • 3 cupschicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil over meduim heat, add rice and stir constantly until golden. Sprinkle with salt and cumin

  2. 2

    Stir in onions and cook until translucent.

  3. 3

    Stir in tomato sauce and broth.

  4. 4

    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 min

  5. 5

    Fluff and serve
