Ingredients

30 mins
6 servings
  • 1 cupsliced carrots
  • 1 cupbroccoli
  • 1 cupcauliflower
  • 5 clovegarlic
  • 2 largeavacado
  • 1 headromaine lettuce
  • 5kale
  • 1/2diced yellow onion
  • 1/4kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 cupcrab or imitation crab meat

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the raw vegetables together and Sautee them together on medium heat for about 20 min.

  2. 2

    Rip the Romain lettuce into pieces into a large bowl.

  3. 3

    Sautee crab meat in pan for about 5 mins. 10 of frozen.

  4. 4

    Once veggies and crab are done combine together in large bowl with Romain lettuce. Toss and serve. Add dressing if desired. Vinegretts go well.
