Mojito
1 envelopeMcCormick mojito lime seasoning
4 tbspolive oil
1 tspvinegar
1 tbspparsley flakes
1/2 tspdried anchor powder
1squeeze of lime juice
1 tbspwater
pico de gallo
1/2 cupdiced strawberries
1/3 cupdiced pineapple
1tomato diced
1/4diced purple onion
1/2 bunchchopped cilantro
1/3 cupdiced cucumber
1/2diced jalapeno
1 tspgarlic salt
1 tsptajin fruit seasoning
1/2lime squeezed

Cooking Instructions

15 mins

chop all ingredients for pico de gallo taste for seasoning set aside.

make your mojito seasoning, adding all ingredients mix well. coat both sides of salmon well..I reserve a little for garnish if desired.

heat stove top grill on med high heat spray generously with cooking spray

grill salmon about 4-5minutes per side.

now plate as desired! enjoy..
