  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 dashGuava Juice
  • 1 tbspLow fat milk

    Freeze the Bananas until they turn rigid and ice covered

  2. 2

    Blend the Banana, vanilla and the juice until a thick consistency is obtained. Add milk to make it a little more fluid.
