
Perfect every time Chocolate Fudge

In saucepan add sugar, evaporated milk and salt. Heat to medium high and whisk. Stir to dissolve sugar. Heat for 2 min. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 6 min.

In a heat resistant mixing bowl add marshmallos, semi-sweet chocolate chips, german sweet chocolate and vanilla.

Pour milk sugar mixture over chocolate mixture. Let sit 2 min. Mix until well blended and smooth.

Optional ingredients would be mixed in now if using any or can be sprinkled on before chilling.

Pour mixture into buttered 8 inch square pan and spread evenly.

Chill in fridge until firm about 2 hours.
