Ingredients

6 servings
  1. Soup
  2. 1 1/2 lbchicken cooked and deboned
  3. 5 cupchicken broth
  4. 1 largeonion finely chopped
  5. 2 stickcelery
  6. 2 cupgrated carrots
  7. 2 cupcorn
  8. 4 eachhard boiled eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    After boiling chicken remove chicken from the bone. Return chicken to broth.

  2. 2

    Bring chicken & broth to a boil.

  3. 3

    After boiling add carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, corn, and egg.

  4. 4

    Bring back to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
