1/2 cupolive oil
1 tbspsalt
1 tbsppepper
1 tbspgarlic powder
4 eachLamb chops
1 1/4 tbsprosemary

Place all ingredients in bowl for 30 minutes

Preheat BBQ to high. On my propane BBQ about 10 min all three burners on.

Remove chops from oil let set for a few minutes before next step

Turn one burner off and add chops the that area.

Watch carefully not to burn or any fire starting under lamb

Cook until desired doneness.
