Preheat oven to 400°F

At that point boil a large pot to blanch the cauliflower

When that reaches a boil add the whole cauliflower

After 4 minutes remove from the pot and and put in a large sauce pan
- 5
Add all the seasonings I listed plus anything else you wanted to add. Also add a layer of butter about half of the amount onto the cauliflower
- 6
Put in the oven for about 30 minutes...during half of the thirty minutes take out of the oven and based with more butter. When you see a golden brown color your done
