Steps

Cut the meat and boil until tender while washing and soaking the rice.

Once ready, put cooking oil and stir until browned, add onions, and the crushed ginger and garlic and stir.

Once browned,add pilau masala and mix together then add the tomatoes and stir until tender.

Add the soaked rice in to the mixture and mix well. Mix until the rice starts to stick to the sufuria.

Add the 2 cups of water in to the mixture,mix well and cover to simmer.

Once the water is almost over, reduce the heat and let it cook.

When ready remove and serve hot with kachumbari (optional).Enjoy
