This dish origin is from the central region communities.It is usually a mixture of everything from tomatoes, potatoes,carrots, peas, meat and sometimes even cabbage.Usually served with chapati or rice.
Steps

Cut the meat in to pieces while boiling the peas.

Once the peas are ready remove and put the meat to boil until cooked and tender.

Once ready,put onions and cooking oil in a sufuria until browned, add tomatoes until tender, then add carrots and potatoes.

Add water and cover to cook. Once the potatoes are tender, add the meat and the peas and salt to taste.

Cover to simmer until ready.When ready remove and serve hot with chapati or rice like I did.Enjoy
