Blanch the sarson Ka sag and puree it

Blanch the spinach and puree it

Heat a pan and add the whole jeera and hing

Now add the onion slices add ginger garlic paste chilli powder jeera dhaniya powder and salt and turmeric powder

After frying it mix the tomato puree and mix well

Now add the sag puree and mix well with the masala.allow it to cook in low flame.

Prepare a batter with the flour.

Pour the mixture in the Pan and mix well with the saag

Finally add sugar and chopped green chillies

Garnish it with butter and serve it with makke Di roti
