I absolutely love peanut butter cookies. I found this recipe a long time ago in my collection. This is the first recipe I have published. I hope you all enjoy! I look forward to posting more recipes soon!

Delish Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPacked brown sugar
  2. 1/2 cupSoftened butter
  3. 1/2 cupCreamy peanut butter
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 1 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  7. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  8. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 1/2 tspSugar. I just poured some sugar on an extra plate to gently roll cookie balls in before putting in oven.

Cooking Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F

  2. 2

    Combine brown sugar, butter and peanut butter in a bowl. Beat until mixed. Add the egg and vanilla. Beat again until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat again until mixed.

    Shape dough into one inch balls. Roll the ball around in that extra sugar that you put on a separate plate. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2inches apart or so. Flatten the balls with a fork dipped in sugar and do a criss cross pattern.

    Bake 7-10 minutes.
