Brown Rice with Chicken Brown Rice with Chicken
This chicken and rice dish brings back memories of my days working at the United Nations. We sold hundreds of servings, and it was very popular with everyone, no matter their nationality. It was especially loved by people from the Caribbean, Central, and South America. In this version, I used turmeric to give it a yellow color. You can also use saffron or ground annatto. Be careful when using turmeric, as it can stain your clothes and the stains are very hard to remove. Jon MichelenaTranslated from Cookpad Chile
