This dish can be eaten with rice, naan, chappathi etc.
Steps

Wash and keep the prawns aside after mixing it with turmeric powder and garlic ginger paste

Cut onions and tomato

In a wok add oil, once its heated add in the cut onions, tomato, cardamom stick and star anise and stir fry until ingredients are soften and add in the marinated prawns and 1 cup of water stir and cover the wok and let it cook for at least 10 mins.

Keep stirring every few minutes until prawns turn red, add in the seafood masala and chilli powder. keep stirring until the masala and chilli powder sets in, add salt and stir until the gravy thickens and off the fire.
