Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  2. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/3 cuphoney
  4. 1/2 cupDutch-process cocoa powder
  5. 1large egg
  6. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1/4 cupcoffee
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1 tspbaking soda
  10. 1/4 tspsalt
  11. 1 cupsemisweet or bittersweet chocolate chunks or chips

Steps

    Mix ingredients in the indicated order, whisking some air in the batter all the while

    Grease a deep pan

  3. 3

    Pre-heat the oven at 350

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in a greased pan. Put in the middle of the oven and bake for a hour.
