100 gramsdried apricots
1egg
50 gramsbrown sugar
1/2 tspground cinnamon
10 gramsvanilla sugar
1 pinchsalt
1 tsplemon zest

In a pan melt the butter and add all the ingredients. Let them lightly brown.

Cool the mixture down.

With a teaspoon make small mounds. Bake them at 180°C for 20 or until they brown.
