  1. 65 gramsbutter
  2. 150 gramsoatmeal
  3. 100 gramsdried apricots
  4. 1egg
  5. 50 gramsbrown sugar
  6. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  7. 10 gramsvanilla sugar
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1 tsplemon zest

    In a pan melt the butter and add all the ingredients. Let them lightly brown.

  2. 2

    Cool the mixture down.

  3. 3

    With a teaspoon make small mounds. Bake them at 180°C for 20 or until they brown.
